Getting around on a bike is my preferred means of transport and always has been - using various child seats and trailers over the years. It’s a lot of fun and I have lovely memories of time spent with my family. I love being out in all weather seeing the scenery and the changing seasons. It’s great to be part of Cycle Sense.

Ruth got into cycling when she moved into Skibbereen and started cycling with her children. She now lives in Ballydehob and enjoys commuting into work on an E-bike!

Karl is a really nice guy and a brilliant bike mechanic! Apart from the early starts he really enjoys cycle training.
